Penang Forward Sports Club (PFSC) is one of Penang’s oldest and most respected multi-sport clubs, founded by jogging enthusiasts in 1978 and officially registered in 1986. The club offers a range of activities—from running and dragon boat racing to lion dance and cycling—to foster community wellness and cultural heritage. PFSC is also widely recognized for its charitable outreach programs and collaboration in major races like the Love Penang Run and PBIM pre-run events.
