The Larian Merdeka MAIS 2025 is a community-oriented 4.8 km fun run held on 10 August 2025, starting at 7:30 AM at Dataran Kemerdekaan Shah Alam, Selangor. The event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, offering an energetic Independence Day celebration with race t-shirts, finisher medals, e-certificates, refreshment stations, and group insurance. Organized by MAIS (Majlis Agama Islam Selangor) in collaboration with Shah Alam City Council, it’s part of patriotic activities featuring lucky draws and promotes wellness and unity within the community.
