Gerakan Belia 4B (M) Negeri Pulau Pinang is the Penang state chapter of Malaysia’s oldest youth NGO, founded in 1965. Centered around the principles Bersatu (Unite), Belajar (Learn), Bekerja (Work), and Berkhidmat (Serve), the organization empowers young people through leadership training, community service programs, cultural preservation, and collaboration with government and civil society.
