The Bung Sadung Trek Climbing Challenge 2025, also known as the Climbathon Trail Challenge, is a thrilling mountain-running event set for 24 August 2025 in Kampung Bunga, Serian, Sarawak. Participants tackle Mount Sadung’s natural trails, with options ranging from a competitive 10 km uphill race to a 6 km veterans/juniors category and a 3 km fun hike, all aiming for the 728 m summit. Organized by the local JKKK and Serian District Council to promote eco-tourism, fitness, and community bonding, the event features finisher medals, certificates, refreshments at the summit, and healthy camaraderie in a scenic forest setting.
