Organized by the Penang Physiotherapy Technical Committee and the Penang Physiotherapy &amp; Fitness Association, the run promotes healthy ageing and fall prevention under the theme \u201cHealthy Ageing: Falls &amp; Frailty.\u201d Open to all fitness levels, participants receive an exclusive T\u2011shirt, finisher medal, e\u2011certificate, and enjoy a lucky draw.
