A non-profit organization established in 1996 and run by the deaf community in Kelantan. It is affiliated with the Malaysian Federation of the Deaf (MFD) and serves as a key platform to unite deaf individuals from various backgrounds.
The association advocates for the rights and welfare of the deaf, promotes social integration, and provides support in areas such as education, employment, and inclusive activities. POPK also organizes community programs like charity runs and futsal tournaments to raise awareness and strengthen unity among members.
