Spastic Children’s Association of Selangor & Federal Territory (SCAS & FT) is a non-profit welfare organization established in 1960 that supports children and adults with cerebral palsy through free, lifelong services. With a comprehensive centre in Petaling Jaya, they offer special education, rehabilitation (physio, speech, hydrotherapy), sports (boccia, frame football), vocational training, sheltered workshops, music and recreational programs.
